How It All Began
Rosa’s Professional Cleanings was founded in 2007 by a couple of friends named Rosa and Gloria. They wanted to start a business in a field where they already excelled: cleaning. With just a couple buckets of cleaning supplies, some rags, and the determination to build something great, the pair set off to find some messy homes in need of help.
The first couple of years were hard but rewarding. Rosa and Gloria worked tirelessly to find clients who were willing to work with housecleaners without a lot of professional experience, and they quickly proved just how skilled they were. Building a reputation as an amazing team, the pair left home after home shining in their wake. Their talents earned them just as brilliant reviews from their clients, reviews that spread to family, friends, and neighbors. After a couple years, the pair had successfully grown their network of homes to clean to over 30 houses. Business was thriving.
The business was doing so well, in fact, that Rosa and Gloria split up, as they had always planned, each starting their own business with the houses they kept. In 2016, Rosa was proud to announce her new company’s name: Rosa’s Professional Cleanings. With a fresh start featuring the same energy and dedication to leaving a home spotless, and a renewed determination to show that she cared for the individuals whose homes she cleaned, Rosa’s new company grew even faster than before.
Soon, Rosa had enough clients to warrant a second cleaner! She trained her new employee to provide the same obsessive clean her customers expected and her clients were thrilled. Now Rosa’s team of professional cleaners has grown to five! Rosa has personally trained them all to provide countless homes with a shine like they’ve never seen. That’s why Rosa’s Professional Cleanings has been the go to cleaning service for almost 200 homes to date.

Meet Rosa
CEO
Rosa Ruiz
Rosa was born in Mexico City, the second youngest in a family of 8. When she was 20 she moved to Juarez with her sister and when she was 25 she decided to made the move to the United States. She recalls working in a few different fields when she first arrived in Colorado, from packing and shipping to fast food service. From the very start, she was determined to learn English, enlisting the help of her coworkers and going to language classes at night. Rosa got her first taste at running her own business when she started selling health products on her own time. It was also during this time that she met her friend and previous co-owner, Gloria. Rosa currently lives with her husband, two kids, and three dogs.
